Ceremonial Team - The Ceremonial Team takes care of all of our Ceremonies; Pre-Ordeal through Vigil and everything in between. Members of the Ceremonial Team spend time during separate weekends to practice their parts outside of Fellowship and Ordeal weekends as well as putting together regalia.

Culinary Crew - The Culinary Crew prepares anything that is edible! If you ate or drank it, the Culinary Crew made it. If you like to cook, or you’d like to learn how to do a few things in the kitchen, this is the Crew for you!

Dance Team - The Cuyahoga Lodge dance team has produced several national champion dancers! On the dance team you can learn: how to do Native American dance steps, how to assemble Native American dance regalia, crafting and much more!

Trails - The Trails committee is responsible for maintaining the Trails at Beaumont Scout Reservation. They make sure that all trails are passable and kept in good order.

Ordeal - The Ordeal committee takes care of all of the arrangements of the Ordeal. Having Elangomats, what clan is going to work on which project, etc. The Ordeal committee handles it all!

Registration - These are the people waiting to welcome you when you arrive to an event! They are responsible for collecting accurate information on every member and maintaining our Lodge roster.

Saleable Items - All of the stuff that the Lodge sells is organized by this committee. Lodge Flaps, Hoodies, T-shirts, all of this is taken care of by the Saleable Items committee!

Teepee Talk - The Teepee Talk is the Lodge newsletter, which is published in the Greater Cleveland Council’s Trailmarker. Writing all of the articles and taking pictures that appear in the Teepee Talk is what this committee does. Want to get your name out there? Write an article for the Teepee Talk!

Totem Pole - The Totem Pole committee takes care of all of the existing Totem Poles and also carves brand new poles for the beautification of camp.

Other ways to get involved.....

Chapter Election Team - The Chapter Election Teams are responsible for scheduling and conducting all Troop elections. This is done every year, from January through April. Two to three Arrowmen are needed in order to conduct a Troop election, so we’re always looking for guys to help out.
