Attn: Attenders for the WTS Event,

We are looking forward to a Great WTS Event on Saturday. Leaders, please pass this information onto your Webelos families.

Please make note of the following items:

1. If you are registered for the event and your money was not sent into GCCBSA, then please bring money to pay at the registration table. Fee is $5 each for Webelos Scouts and their parents. Fee is $2 each for Boy Scout Leaders & Boy Scout Youth Staff.

2. Plan to arrive between 8:30 -9:00 a.m., so we can get you checked-in, get you your materials, & get everyone in their assigned groups for rotation. We have a "limited supply of extra Event Materials", for Webelos or Parents who did not register in advance. Please contact lgray@parker.com and register your attendance today.

3. We want to have our opening by 9:10 in order to give each station it's 25 minutes of instruction through the five rotations.

4. Please bring along folding camp chairs (especially for the boys) to use while attending the different stations. If they don't bring chairs, then they can stand during that station or sit on the floor.

5. Make sure the boys have adequate coats, hats, & gloves with them. We will watch the weather to see if the Scout Spirit station will be outdoors or inside.

6. Final Station of the Event: Scout Spirit is where all boys will be joined together for this station, and the parents will be in the gym for a Parents WTS Session.

7. Lunch will be provided for all paid registered WTS scouts and Volunteer Staff members. It is during this time, in the gym, that the Boy Scout Troops will have their displays and be available to talk with Webelos and their Parents about Boy Scouting and provide you information specific to their particular Troop Programs.

8. Please bring your enthusiasm and come to learn more about how you can help to make the Scouting Program more beneficial to your boys as they are in the Webelo Transition stage before Boy Scouting.

See You on Saturday! Coffee & Tea will be available for adults during the event.

OA Unit Elections
It is time for all scout troops to begin thinking about when they would like to hold Order of the Arrow elections. Elections are conducted once each year in the January to March time frame. In preparation for elections we need to establish contact with your Troop OA Representives. By involving the OA Reps we will decrease the work load for unit leaders, promote a boy-led program, and increase communications between Cuyahoga Lodge and your troop. Please have their contact information available when we contact you. You can also avoid a call by sending their information to your Chapter Adviser, William Makowski at wfm692@hotmail.com.
